Milk teeth are very important to your child’s health and development. They help to chew, speak and smile. They hold space in the jaws for permanent teeth that are growing under the gums. CAVITY PREVENTION WITH FLOURIDES

 It is one of the best preventive treatment available for kids

Fluoride inhibits loss of minerals from the tooth enamel, controls bacteria that cause cavities by depressing  acid attacks on the tooth reducing the risk of cavities.

FLOURIDE APPLICATION:

•  Fluoride is sprayed onto a special tray and placed in the mouth for 10-15 minutes
• Fluoride paste: Application of prophylactic (or preventive) pastes are applied after plaque removal which helps in replenishing lost fluoride in high concentration

• Repeat the fluoride varnish application as necessary
